Owning a company is not that easy. Other people may view me as someone who is very lucky and rich. While it is true that I have been blessed for being able to open my company and I do earn more than an average worker’s salary, I will still say that what I do is not an easy task. And there are even times when I already feel like giving up and wish I were just an ordinary employee for someone else. Every day I have to keep watch of all of my employees carefully because for me it is very important to have constant monitoring. Most employees do not work as hard as I do so it is all up to me to make them do their jobs properly. I always worry of the expenses too. Electricity and water bills take up a fair amount of what I earn each month and I have been trying to come up with ways to save on it. I even set a schedule for when the air-conditioning will be turned on so that I can spend less on the electric bills. I used to consider the cost of my phone bills all of the time too. Calls are always made so at the end of the month the amount that I had to pay was really huge. But this changed when I already had unlimited calling. I found a really cheap plan that was so worth it and now I can already allow all of my employees to make as many calls as they have to.
